ProtoReel may process account details you submit, business and brand information you provide, content and media used to create videos, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment providers may process billing details for paid plans. ProtoReel should not receive complete payment card numbers when checkout is handled by a payment provider.

Information may be used to provide account features, generate requested content, support publishing workflows, process subscriptions, communicate about the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand product performance.

ProtoReel may rely on hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and content-processing providers. The public site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and product usage. Browser settings or extensions may still block analytics requests.

You can choose not to provide optional information. For questions about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, use the contact details on the Contact page. Requests may require identity verification.

Information should be retained only as needed for the service, legitimate operational purposes, and applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security.
